This lady is amazing! I was not a believer & have suffered all my adult life dealing with constant lows sometimes not wanting to carry on. My daughter recommended this therapy. I just thought why not I have nothing to loose! I was sure it was not going to work because nothing ever has, just got given different medication from doctors. I was at the point of giving up, this opened up my mind to another way of coping and it works, from a complete sceptic I honestly did nothing believe anything could work!
My life has completely changed for the better, the focus is on managing your life & to live in the present. Jazz is my absolute hero! This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. If you suffer with depression please try this it will change your life!
